These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this TikTok video downloader (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service lets you paste a public TikTok video link and download the video (without a watermark) or its audio track. It is provided free of charge, requires no account, and does not store any video or audio files on our server — content is streamed directly from the source to your browser.

2. No affiliation with TikTok

This Service is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with TikTok Inc., ByteDance Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. “TikTok” and related marks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, such as saving your own content or content you have permission to download. You agree not to:

Download, reproduce, or redistribute content in a way that infringes the copyright or other rights of the video's creator or owner;
Use the Service to download content you do not have the right to use, beyond your own personal, non-commercial use;
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to send bulk or high-volume requests to the Service;
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions;
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any downloaded content complies with applicable copyright law and with TikTok's own Terms of Service.

4. Third-party dependency

The Service relies on third-party providers to resolve TikTok video links into downloadable files. We do not control these providers, and availability of the Service may be affected by their uptime, rate limits, or policy changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this Service will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any claims arising from your use of the Service or of content downloaded through it, including copyright claims brought by third parties as a result of your use.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of this Service from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
