Skilltosky PDF Tools lets you rotate PDF pages online in seconds — no software to install, no account required. Whether you need to fix an upside-down scan, rotate a single page, or reorient an entire document, our free PDF rotation tool handles it all directly in your browser. Your files never leave your device.
Your PDF is processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No file is ever uploaded to a server — complete privacy guaranteed.
Rotate individual pages to different angles in one session. Page 1 can be 90°, page 3 can be 180° — each page is independent.
Thumbnails update in real time when you apply rotation so you can verify the result before downloading the final file.
Password-protected or encrypted PDFs are handled automatically via a high-quality raster fallback — no extra steps needed.
Because processing happens locally in your browser there are no server-side upload limits. Large multi-page PDFs work just as smoothly.
Rotate as many PDFs as you need without creating an account or paying a subscription fee. It is completely free to use.
Yes. Click individual page thumbnails to select only the pages you want to rotate. You can also rotate different pages to different angles in the same session by changing the angle selector and clicking Apply Rotation multiple times.
Completely. All processing happens inside your browser using the PDF-lib and PDF.js libraries. Your file is never uploaded to any server, so sensitive documents remain fully private on your device.
The tool supports 90° Clockwise, 180°, and 90° Counter-Clockwise (270°). You can click Apply Rotation multiple times on the same page to accumulate angles — for example, two 90° clicks produce a 180° rotation.
For standard PDFs, rotation is applied as a metadata change — no pixels are re-encoded and quality is perfectly preserved. For encrypted PDFs, pages are re-rendered at high resolution before rotation, which may slightly increase file size but maintains visual fidelity.
All modern browsers are supported — Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Opera. No plugins or extensions are required.
